AAU Program

Our AAU Program is a great stepping stone for female athletes interested in starting competitive gymnastics. With less pressure, more creativity, and a smaller time commitment, it’s a fun way for athletes to experience competition as a gymnast.

We offer three AAU team levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each team performs a unique floor routine with music chosen by our coaches. Routines follow level requirements by the AAU Gymnastics Program and the USAG Xcel Code of Points while also being tailored to the athlete’s strengths.

USAG Women's Compulsory: levels 4 & 5

The USAG Compulsory Gymnastics Program at CGC is designed to give young athletes a solid foundation in gymnastics. Focusing on technique, strength, and skill progression, our coaches guide gymnasts step by step to master essential skills before advancing to higher levels. In the Compulsory Program, every gym across the USA performs the same routines with the same music for eight years. Periodically, the USAG board updates the routines and music to ensure all young athletes compete on a level playing field. This system builds a strong foundation and fosters fairness before athletes progress to more challenging skills and higher levels.

Beyond gymnastics, athletes develop discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, setting them up for success both in and out of the gym. This program prepares athletes for optional levels, elite training, or even NCAA collegiate gymnastics, building the skills and confidence for long-term achievement.

USAG Women's Optionals: levels 6 -8

In the Optional Program, each gymnast’s skills and routines are tailored to their strengths while still meeting USAG Gymnastics rules and requirements. Our experienced coaches help personalize every routine, and athletes can choose their own music, allowing them to add individual style and showcase their unique abilities.

This program is perfect for dedicated gymnasts aiming for elite skill development and competitive success at the highest levels of youth gymnastics.

USAG Men's Team:

levels 3-7

The USAG Men’s Gymnastics Program at CGC provides a structured path for male athletes to develop strength, technique, and competitive skills across all six men’s events: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Our program focuses on progressive skill development, proper technique, and building strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Athletes benefit from personalized coaching, helping them refine routines and reach their full potential. Beyond gymnastics, participants develop discipline, focus, and perseverance, preparing them for success in competitions, higher-level training, or collegiate gymnastics opportunities. This program is ideal for boys dedicated to mastering gymnastics and achieving competitive excellence.
