We offer classes for Preschool, Afterschool, Tumbling, Competitive Gymnastics, Pre-Team.

Please remember that our program is year round. A 30 day written notice of withdrawal to the office (not the instructor) is required by the 1st of the month to avoid being charged the following month.

Make-up policy– Classes can be made up within 30 days of the missed class. All make up classes must be scheduled through our office.

BEGINNER/LEVEL 1
Beginner/Level 1 classes are for children 5 years and older. Children must be currently enrolled in Kindergarten to be eligible for a Beginner/Level 1 class. In these classes, your gymnast will work on Bars, beam, Floor, Vault. They will work on mastering the basic gymnastics skill such as pullovers on Bars, basic balancing on Beam, cartwheels and bridge kick-overs on Floor, and arm circles for the vault apparatus.

LEVEL 2
Level 2 students have mastered the skills of basic gymnastics. These gymnast must be able to do a bridge kickover without assistance, pullover on the bars, needle on beam, and handstand flat back on vault. This class is appropriate for children 5 years and older.

TUMBLING
Tumbling and Trampoline (TNT) is also a popular pick for participants interested in, you guessed it, tumbling! A class geared towards floor skills, many cheerleaders opt to work on their tumbling skills with TNT.

The preschool program is designed to aid in the development of the hand-eye coordination and motor skills. The main objective is for the children to enjoy themselves while they become confident in their physical and social abilities.
