At Clemmons Gymnastics, we want every child to experience gymnastics in a fun, safe environment. In the interest of promoting safety, there are just a few reminders….Please make sure that your child does not step onto the gym floor before their class unless going to the restroom. This leads to the temptation to play on equipment or tumble before stretching . Siblings must also remain in the lobby area unless being escorted to the restroom or water fountain by a parent. For parents needing to make their way to the office, we ask that you walk on the non-elevated carpet strip in front of the mirrors and use the office door by the water fountain. This way we have minimal disruption to classes and minimize the risk of being “tumbled into”. Every parent wants to see their child do their very best. We do too! So we do ask that you refrain from coaching your child from the lobby. This distracts both the child and the other students and takes away from the authority of the instructor. We also ask that you not call your child out of class unless it is an emergency. We appreciate your continued cooperation!
